Welcome to ByAmara. This page contains the general terms that apply to all orders and services through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer by ByAmara / Gonza Groothandelonderneming and to every distance contract concluded between the store and the customer. The text of these terms is made available to the consumer before the contract is concluded.

2. The offer

We do our best to show and describe our clothing as accurately as possible (including colours, sizes and fit).

Obvious mistakes in the offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind ByAmara.
Every offer contains enough information for the customer to understand their rights and obligations.

3. Contract and payment

The contract is concluded when you place an order and the payment has been completed successfully.

We offer a secure payment environment and several recognised payment methods.
Until receipt of payment has been confirmed, we retain ownership of the ordered items.

4. Delivery

The place of delivery is the address the customer has given us.
We aim to deliver accepted orders within 4–9 business days, unless a longer delivery time has been agreed.
If delivery is delayed, or an order can only be partly fulfilled or not at all, we will let you know as soon as possible.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You can do so via our withdrawal form or by email.
After withdrawal you can choose between a refund, an exchange or a ByAmara gift card. Details are in our returns and refund policy.

6. Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that our products conform to the contract and to reasonable quality requirements for everyday use. Wear from normal use or incorrect washing/drying is not covered. This does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Contact us at info@byamara.nl. We aim to respond to complaints within 3 business days.
