Terms of Service

Welcome to ByAmara. This page contains the general terms and conditions that apply to all orders and services through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer by ByAmara / Gonza Groothandelonderneming and to every distance agreement concluded between the webshop and the customer.

2. The Offer

We do our utmost to display and describe our clothing as accurately as possible.

  • Obvious errors in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, are not binding on ByAmara.
  • Each offer contains sufficient information for the customer to understand the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer.

3. Agreement and Payment

The agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and the payment has been successfully completed.

  • We offer a secure payment environment and various recognized payment methods.
  • Until receipt of payment is confirmed by us, we retain ownership of the ordered items.

4. Delivery and Execution

ByAmara will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.

  • The delivery address is the address the customer has communicated to us.
  • We aim to execute accepted orders promptly, but no later than within 2 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed.
  • If delivery is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

  • You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unworn and in the original packaging.
  • Please note: Ordering one item in multiple sizes with the intention of returning the rest (size shopping) is expressly prohibited. If found, the right to a refund lapses.
  • Upon a successful return you may choose between exchange, a ByAmara gift card, or a refund.

6. Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet reasonable quality requirements for daily use. Wear through normal use or incorrect washing is not covered by the warranty.

Do you have a complaint? Contact us via info@byamara.nl. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
