Returns and refund policy

At ByAmara we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Is an item not quite what you expected? You can easily return it under the conditions below.

1. Withdrawal period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you want to withdraw (return one or more items), without giving a reason.

After letting us know, you must send the item(s) back no later than 14 days after the day you notified us. The date you hand the parcel to the carrier counts as the shipping date. Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

2. Condition of the item

  • Unworn and unused: you may of course try the item on, just like in a shop, but it must not have been worn, washed or altered.

  • Labels and packaging: please return the item in its original packaging, with its labels.

If the item has lost value because it was handled beyond what is needed to try it on, we may deduct that loss of value from the refund.

Check the size guide on the product page or contact us before ordering at info@byamara.nl. We are happy to advise you, which helps avoid unnecessary returns.

3. Inspection after receipt

As soon as we receive your return, our team checks it carefully. We aim to finish this within 3 business days.

4. Your options

  • A refund of the purchase amount, including the original standard delivery costs, to the payment method used for the order. We refund no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice; we may wait until we have received the item (or proof that you sent it).

  • An exchange for another item of the same value.

  • A ByAmara gift card for the return amount.

5. How do I return an item?

  1. Fill in our withdrawal form or email info@byamara.nl with your order number.

  2. Tell us whether you want a refund, an exchange or a gift card.

  3. Pack the item carefully and send it to the return address you receive from our customer service.

  4. Hand the parcel to the carrier no later than 14 days after your notice.

Please note: return shipping costs are for your account, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item.
