Return and Refund Policy

At ByAmara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item is not quite what you expected, you can return it within our terms.

1. Return Period and Conditions

You have the right to return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Unworn and unused: The item has not been worn, washed or altered. Trying on is of course allowed, but the item must show no signs of use.
  • Original condition: The item must be in the original packaging, including all undamaged price tags and labels.

2. Important Exception: Ordering Multiple Sizes

Please note: It is not permitted to order the same item in multiple sizes with the intention of returning the other sizes. If we find this has occurred, we reserve the right to reject the return. In that case, no purchase amount will be refunded. If you are unsure about your size, consult our size guide or contact our customer service before ordering.

3. Inspection Upon Receipt

Once we have received your return, our team will carefully check it. We aim to complete this inspection within 3 working days of receipt.

4. Your Options After Approval

  • 1. Exchange for another item: You can choose a new item of equal value.
  • 2. Gift card (store credit): You will receive a digital gift card with the return amount.
  • 3. Refund of the purchase amount: You will receive the full purchase amount back via the original payment method.

5. How to Submit a Return?

  1. Send an email to info@byamara.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Clearly state which of the 3 options (exchange, gift card or refund) you choose.
  3. Pack the item safely in the original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the address you receive from our customer service.

Please note: The cost of returning is at your own expense, unless it concerns a defective or incorrectly delivered product, or the return value is €75 or more.
